In life, we face many difficult challenges and painful situations which we can find hard to talk about with family or friends.

Counselling provides a confidential space which is just about you and where you can feel safe to explore difficult feelings. You will be listened to, heard and valued – often, many clients say, for the first time.

Our relationship

I believe the relationship between you as the client and me as the counsellor is at the heart of all therapy work.

Our relationship is built on trust, which is earned by myself from you, and it ultimately facilitates your healing process. For this reason, it's important that you find a counsellor who is right for you.

I am a registered BACP-qualified counsellor based in South Manchester (with counselling rooms in Didsbury & Chorlton). I offer face to face sessions to support and nurture you through challenging times and help you to make positive changes to your life.

I offer my clients a safe and confidential space to explore difficult feelings and emotions. You will be listened to and valued on your own personal journey of self-discovery, where you will experience healing and transformational change, enabling you to live a more fulfilled and authentic life.
